Cancellation Policy

For all retreats and services at Casa Del Maestro, payments are refundable with a 60 days' notice, in writing, less the cost of bank transfer fees. A $200 administrative cost will be applied to all refunds.

Alternatively, if you cannot attend your retreat and have given us 60 days’ notice, you may transfer your payment to a different date within the following 12 months at no charge. Additional date changes will incur a $100 administrative fee per transfer. Once you decide to transfer your payment to a different date, a refund will not be issued.

Cancellations within the 60-day period may only be transferred to another date, less a $200 administrative fee, at the discretion of Casa Del Maestro and its representatives. If a participant is able to replace their cancelled space, a refund may be issued or a credit equal to the value of the cancelled retreat may be applied to the new participant’s retreat.

We recommend getting comprehensive travel insurance that will cover any financial losses in case you do have to cancel your trip within the 60-day period.
